Emails have all vanished

Does anyone know what has happened to my emails?

I only have from tuesday the 22nd October and none after this date?

They seem to have vanished and are not in the trash can or anything.

 

If someone could help that would be great as I really need my emails.

Skydrive Icon refuses to appear on Taskbar. I have tried to customize the taskbar to show it several times and it does not appear!

Hi,

I have sent an email on 22nd October, 2013 but it didn't appear in my sent items folder. I then checked my setting and found that "Save all sent messages in the Sent items folder" was not active. Now i have activated it but that doesn't bring my email back in sent items. I have not deleted that email from sent items so its not a case of retrieve a deleted email. That mail was of much importance to me and i don't have a copy of it. 

Please help me to get back that email back. remember this is not a case of deleting an email.

skydrive will not sync or connect on my surface rt

I cannot access my sky drive docs from the sky drive app or my mapped driver. Strangely, I can save to the sky drive from within an app like word, but if I try to open a doc from within the same app, it comes up with a certificate error dialogue box.


I can access my sky drive fine from my other pcs.


Any suggestions appreciated.

‘It looks like someone else has been using your account’ asking for telephone number.

My neice has been unable to sign into her email inbox for months as each time she attempts to sign in, a notice saying 'It looks like someone else may be using your account' appears and it seems the only way forward is to provide Microsoft with her mobile phone number.
She is not willing to do so.

We would like to be given access back to her account, without providing personal telephone contact details.

P.S. She has answered security questions and when she presses 'Next' it directs straight back to the telephone number page.
She has tried to post her question onto this forum and when she presses the 'Ask a question' button, it directs back to the telephone number page.

She is not willing to just create a new account and never be able to access her unseen emails.

Assistance is required, and would be appreciated.



I can’t make changes in App Restriction

Every time I try to make changes in the app restriction, it's not saving. I tried to refresh the page but still it didn't save the changes. I don't know how to use it. Please help. Thanks.

Missing mails hotmail on outlook 8

I am using three Laptops for work and private activities. On my latest I have Windows 8 and the latest version of Outlook. This Outlook Version will not show all mails in my Hotmail inbox. About 1 in 5 mails are left out. I do not detect any systematic pattern in these omissions. I can find these mails without problem when using the Outlook 7 Versions of the other two Laptops.

 

This is extremely annoying and I would like a recommendation on hos to fix the problem. The Outlook set-up of my New PC was done according to the automatic easy set-up process.
