I'm using Windows Live Custom Domains for my organization wich locates in Indonesia. My domain is gafatarjateng.or.id. By default, Outlook.com account currently will not let my user send email without verifying the account. All my created users, when attempt
to verify the account by entering mobile phone number, "Indonesia" option does't exist in the list. 
I am trying to create an email id - *** Email address is removed for privacy ***
However, windows live custom domains shows me an error stating :
That account name is not allowed for use with this service.
Pls let me add this domain name as its a genuine name.
