No Video in MovieMaker only Audio

I just upgraded from Windows 8 to Windows 8.1

I am using a Canon FS10 camcorder with Pixela ImageMixer 3 SE for SD ver. 3.1.3.

I can move and edit still photos but when I move videos into MovieMaker all that plays is the audio.

Windows Media Player plays my stills and videos correctly but when they arrive in MovieMaker only the audio plays.

I have already tried the "uncheck the Trusted Sites and add codecs.Microsoft.com thing." Didn't fix the problem.

Also, my files show up in Control Panel as "MPEG" files.


What am I doing wrong?

why do I have to keep signing in to outlook when I check keep me signed in?

For over a week I have been sending emails to the community regarding not being able to access my hotmail account.  I have received polite answers saying they cannot find anything wrong and my account is all ok.  However, I still cannot access my account.  I have gone through the steps given in microsoft to get a new password and nothing still, after all this time and several attempts, NOTHING.

 

Is anyone able to assist as I have lost all my contacts and desperately want to access my account????

for the past few months i have been receiving emails from 'myself' (someone else that has the exact same email address as me)

1) i have followed the instructions on this link: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/outlook/hacked-account
however i am still receiving emails from 'myself'

2) i have reported to "*** Email address is removed for privacy ***"
and they have referred to me here

how can i or the microsoft team track down and get rid of this hacker?
is this hacker reading my emails? and preventing me from seeing certain emails?

Recovering old hotmail emails.

I am near tears because ALL of my important emails and files have been DELETED from being upgraded to the outlook system. I am so upset by this and have searched far and wide to find a way to recover my emails because I absolutely need all the information and files that was in them.

When browsing I finally found an answer to the question on how to change back to the old hotmail, and it said you can't anymore, followed by this statement. "Your Hotmail address and password, saved emails, contacts, calendars, and rules were automatically moved to your newOutlook.com inbox. "

However, none of my emails were automatically moved to my new inbox, and I mean NONE. Is there any way to get staff to recover my emails or something? Because this is unacceptable.

I am having an issue with my email account, all the messages in my inbox have just disappeared and I can't seem to locate them in any of the folders. Can you help at all?

outlook.com moving emails to trash

I don't have any additional settings on my outlook.com email. But messages are moved to the trash on a regular basis, how do I stop this I am losing information that I need it is incredibly frustrating. 

Log in code to new phone number?

My Hotmail account got blocked. After filling out the form, I was identified as the owner of the account, but the password does not work anymore. A temporary code keeps getting sent to a phone number that is no longer in use. Any other option?

How Do I add a photo to my contact on Outlook

I already have this person in there.

But I cannot see how to add a photo to the contact details.


Either by editing or even deleting and re-creating her.
