Hotmail has deleted at least 6!!! years worth of my personal emails – disgraceful. Can I get them back?!?

Hi there

I have had a hotmail account for approx 13 years. I just checked back in one of my folders to find some personal email, only to find that the earliest 6 years of my account have been totally deleted without my permission! These were important personal emails carefully sorted for archival purposes. 

To head off any of your questions in reply:
- they were not deleted by myself
- I do not think my account has been hacked
- I sign in directly to Hotmail from a computer regularly and I do not think the account has ever been suspended due to lack of use - it's my main personal email account, used daily.
- I know for certain that emails have been deleted as I have several saved off to my computer dating from 2001. But this is a small percentage of my total email over such a long period. 
- I do not have any auto-Sweep settings that may have done this.
- neither have I renamed the account.
- I have tried the auto-recovery link given in the Help/FAQ section and it has only retrieved a bit of junk email from 2013.

Is there any way that you can restore my old emails? If not this is utterly outrageous and a disgrace on the part of Hotmail.

But I am temporarily suspending my outrage in the hope that there is something that can be done.

How do I know which part of my system is not up to date for movie maker?

When I try and open movie maker, a window comes up and tells me that i do not have all the system requirement to use it.  I then checked the site to find the requirements andI ampretty sure I have all of them, yet it still will not open.

I have lost over 1000 e-mails and have been unable to retrieve them-what has happened and how do I get them back

All my email before Nov/25/2005 have been deleted automatically. Is that normal?

Hi,

I was searching one old email of about 2003 and I got the ugly surprise that I only have email from Nov/25/2005, all emails before that just disappeared.

Is that a normal?

Last year I also search for the same email and it was there, but now Microsoft/Hotmail/Outlook delete hundreds or thousands of them.

Is there any way to recover those emails?, I had important information on them, that was the reason to keep them online instead in a local hard drive that can easily breaks.

Please let me know.

Every time i try to send an email I received a banner across the top that said;

"Please verify your account to continue. Your email wasn't sent because there's a daily message limit - we save it in your Drafts folder".

So there is a button to "Verify", which if I click on it then takes me to sms.live.com where I can enter my mobile number and country and submit. I have not received any code to my phone yet! I have been waiting for ages to get this done!
PLEASE help as i need this account to send URGENT emails!!

my computer fried with my passwords and i was denied my account retrieval. I put in all the info needed to retrieve it back and was denied. what can i do to get it back?

Latest version of document gone

I have a document that I update every week. Last night when I went in to it I noticed that the date on it was 16/6/2013.
It is not that important to backup but it has made me very skeptical about trusting the cloud.
Is there any way to recover the version I updated just a week ago?

I had a folder within my inbox but now it has gone! This folder contained important saved emails - please tell me there is a way to retrieve this?
