I set up 2 hotmail email addresses around 3 years ago for the children so I could send pics of them as little ones and have sent hundreds of emails since. Have just checked by logging in to both accounts on outlook and everything has gone. I appreciate
this is a free service and yes I should have backed things up but if anyone can help me to try and recover all these precious pictures then I would be so very grateful as we have lost so much.

I am having trouble with my Outlook email. My toolbar often does not appear or does not work. When it is present and I click on a function, the circular arrow just keeps running and nothing processes. Can anyone help me? Even if I shut-down and re-access my email, it still does not work.

I received an email from Microsoft Account Team with the title ' Microsoft Account Password Reset' , though I have not requested for the password reset at all. I am a bit suspicious about this email as the sender has a funny hotmail account. Below is the instruction followed by 2 URLs to click on either to confirm or to cancel the reset.
I did not take any action yet before I confirm that it is safe to do so.

Just wonder if this is the legitimate email sent by the Microsoft Team and how did someone request for a reset other than myself . Any help will be appreciated.

I was using my account Friday evening, trying to get very important air tickets, and my account was suddenly closed!
All I did was hop over to my gmail for a moment, and when I went to log back in to my email account "*** Email address is removed for privacy ***", my account reported closure.
We needed to go through this only last month because I sent some overseas emails for my daughters wedding.
I desperately need help reopening the account as soon as possible so I can get my air tickets and fly over to Africa this upcoming month!
Please reopen my account for me! I desperately need those emails. And can someone please explain to me what I have been doing that keeps causing these horribly inconvenient closures?

Last Friday I finally succumbed and got a Smartphone !! It runs on Android and includes G-Mail. I added my Hotmail/Outlook account to G-Mail (I also access the account through Windows Live Essentials Mail). G-Mail synchronised with my Hotmail account and
now my Hotmail Inbox is completely empty; everything seems to have disappeared. What is going on ? I can't be the only person in the world to be running G-Mail on a mobile alongside Hotmail/Outlook.
Using the "linked with" I created what I thought was a group. Somehow it used a contact's name as the group name. Now I can't delete or change this. Your instructions don't work.
