Question about Outlook Express

I don't know how to use messenger. It looks like it is still in the hotmail, I just don't know how to get to it. any ideas?

I currently have a live account with windows and I discovered a few days a go that my email from 9/19/2013-10/1/2013 are completely gone. Even when I search for it through the dates its gone too. I have very important emails! can someone help me recover them?

When anyone trys to reply to one of my e-mails, my e-mail address get changed automatically. One letter get changed to a number and then the e-mail is undeliverable. What can be done to prevent this?

when in the middle of using my email account which was hotmail until recently but was converted to Outlook - I continually get the following message and can not get back in to my email:

Normally, when you try to connect securely, sites will present trusted identification to prove that you are going to the right place. However, this site's identity can't be verified.
What Should I Do?

If you usually connect to this site without problems, this error could mean that someone is trying to impersonate the site, and you shouldn't continue.
