There seems to be a problem when I am offlining files.
If I upload a file via the web, the file appears locally and I can open it (it downloads and stores it locally)
Files I create locally are synced to the web.
However, changes I make to the local files aren't being uploaded
Files deleted on the web are not propagating to my machine, nor it is working the other way around.
I have tried right-clicking the file that I want and choosing make available offline, but it just stays in the pending state.
My service is not crashing, as can bee seen by some updates going through
I have restarted my tablet (surface pro)
I have a stable, non-metered connection
There are no errors, no progress but only "Pending" for the manual make offline.
This was working until recently, I have installed and uninstalled the SkyDrive application.
I moved all the files onto another drive (Location tab in properties) and then reset the files - they all downloaded (online versions).
Any ideas?

Emails sent at secondary address (@hotmail.fr) are not received:

It's OK if they sent at primary address (@outlook.com)

I still have access to the Outlook.com, but someone has seemingly taken my Hotmail and live accounts.
The live points to the Hotmail for a reset and the Hotmail points to an email address with an ISP I no longer have.
I fill out the forms to recover my account, but they reply that I have not provided enough information.
Can I please have a number to contact someone and speak to them or have someone contact me at my outlook.com so that I can try something besides the form to regain my accounts.
