Hello:

I use SkyDrive to sync between my laptop and desktop.  Until last week it worked fine but on Friday last I noticed that it never completes the sign-in process when I am logged on at work.  All I get is the icon in my taskbar that indicates SkyDrive is signing in.  I took my laptop home and it worked just fine on my home network but again won't sign-in on the work network.  I checked with my work network administrator (who also uses SkyDrive) and he says it should work.

I am puzzled because it works on one network and not the other and also because it was working fine until very recently. I considered to uninstall/reinstall scenario but was afraid it would have an adverse affect on the files I have synced.

Shared folders don't show up in the explorer window from the Skydrive desktop app.  Is there a way to do this?
I have 2 skydrive accounts, registered in different names. I want to use the recent to share docs and have downloaded  the app to my lap. The app takes the name in the lap. The docs in the app cant be stored in the new account's skydrive. How do I merge the 2 accounts?
Can you please send me the most recent login information like the date and time/IP in the most recent 3~6 months? My account was hacked before and now it seems being hacked again... Also I suggest Microsoft to add a section for email clients to review the login history ourselves conveniently, considering it is so easy to be hacked again and again and so difficult to get it back...
I still have this error. After the Update this evening I can see all the folders and files in my local skydrive folder. All folders show: Online Only. When trying to access a single file, the file does not download and an error window shows up. Messages is in German it say, the operation has been interuppted, Error 0x80040A41: There is no error description available.

Hi - Some adobe pdf documents I receive as attachments arrive and have converted to .zip files before they arrive. Others arrive just fine. Why is this happening and how do I stop it! I am unable to save them as another type of document or open them.  This occurs whether I try to open them from within the email or save it to a folder.  The message that I get is \AppData\Local\Michrosoft\Windows\TemporaryInternetFiles\Content.IE5\2EPY1A4V\Payment_Advice

Note - Payment_Advice is just the name of the file.  I have tried to open these on a variety of computers and operating systems on Mac, Windows 7, Windows 8 and even from within a Go Daddy email account -- HELP!

As soon as I find away to get away from outlook I will.  Why did I have to join this awful system. I will never recommend this to anyone.
I'm trying to sign in to skydrive from my phone and it is sending me a code to "nb*****@Hotmail.com" to verify, what is this? I go to my Hotmail account and no email with code. What is "nb*****@hotmail.com" How do I verify my phone so I can access?
I have received an e-mail from Microsoft telling me that my subscription to Ad Free Outlook.com will be automatically renewed on 25th November 2013 and that my card will be charged £14.99. It gives a method to cancel this 'subscription' via the Outlook web site but when I sign in there is no 'subscription' link and there are no card details in 'payment options'. Questions: Do I have a subscription Do Microsoft have my card details? I called the support number and the operative was unable to find an account under either my Outlook e-mail address, my Hotmail e-mail address or my Home billing address? They said that the only way they could search further was if I gave them my FULL Credit Card number. I declined. I queried that if I don't have an account, why did I receive an e-mail telling me about the renewal? They said that they didn't know but my only course of action if I am charged is to lodge an exception with my Credit Card company! I don't think that reply is acceptable. Do Microsoft honestly not know what the **** is going on in their own business?
