The norton tool bar has appeared near the top of the screen blocking out the bar that has all the outlook email functions on, ie delete, send etc so I cannot use it, could you let me know how to remove the norton tool bar please, it has no function for me

I received a message from Adobe that the cyber attack on their company may have contributed to my Hotmail account being hacked. I tried numerous times to re-access my account, and change my password. After numerous attempts over many days I was blocked out from new attempts by MS.

 

How can I re-access my folders for a new account and are there any MS phone numbers available so I can speak to a Human Being?

 

 

This process has been extraordinarily frustrating!!!

Hi,

I cannot connect to my hotmail account from my mobile (Samsung S4), I have installed outlook.com each time I try I get a message that I cannot access due too either wrong account or password - from diffrent PC's via the web I have no issue.

I am missing tons and tons of important emails when Hotmail converted to Outlook. I access my account multiple times a day....both via Mobile and Desktop. I have not ever had this account hacked and I'm super super upset.

I'm read through all of the "email recovery" threads and nothing that is listed as "helpful" is actually helpful.

Someone please help me!
How can I delete emails that will not send because they are to large?
Not letting me open emails, nor search??? 
I receive the following error using Apple Mail v4.6 on OSX v10.6.8:

Cannot send message using the server...
Sending the message content to the server failed.

I am using Outlook.com servers with a Custom Domain email address. I have no problem receiving emails, but I cannot send emails. The outgoing server settings are:

Server Name: smtp-mail.outlook.com
Use default ports (25,465,587) - I have tried using Custom Ports 25 and 587 but that didn't help.
Use SSL
Authentication: Password
*** email address ***
*** password ***

Please let me know how to fix this. Thanks. 

UPDATE: I forgot to mention that the Account Type is IMAP
Two amiltonjunior.com.br domain users are having trouble sending emails. The system says it is necessary to validate by sending a code on the phone, but the user enters the cell and the code never comes.
