I have forgot the password to my hotmail account. I have filled in all the answers to the questions I can and I keep getting an email stating that I haven't provided enough information. Can someone please help me?

I deleted SKYDRIVE because it did not download my selection.
Now I cannot use INSERT anymore and I cannot send attachments by hotmail.
When I try to use INSERT in my emails the word INSERT gets covered by something else so it cannot be read. Then a message says HOLD ON WE ARE SETTING UP. I waited more than half an hour and the result is the same.
Can you help me restore to my previous settings?

I have a client who sends out a mailshot once a week from their server to list of about 2000 email addresses. A fair number of the recipients are on Hotmail and Live addresses. They have started getting bounce backs from some of the addresses. Here is the error message:
SNT0-MC1-F42.Snt0.hotmail.com #550 SC-002 (SNT0-MC1-F42) Unfortunately, messages from **.***.**.** weren't sent. Please contact your Internet service provider since part of their network is on our block list. You can also refer your provider to http://mail.live.com/mail/troubleshooting.aspx#errors. ##
I want to avoid causing any system a problem and wish to know how to avoid this in the future. What parameters should I put in place?

I wish to print out a list of my contacts email addresses. I have not found a way of doing this
I replied to a message that had a picture in it (although there was no paper clip indicating that it had an attachment).
When I looked at my reply in the 'sent' folder I discovered that it contained the picture as an attachment.
The next time I replied I cut everything from the reply except my new words. Before I sent it, there was no indication at all that there was an attachment.
However, after I'd sent the reply, when I looked at my reply it STILL contained the picture as attachment.
Why is this happening, and how can I stop it?

I have a Microsoft account with an email @gmail and I have another Microsoft account @outlook.com (has an alias @live.com) and another account @hotmail.com. I would like to merge the three accounts. Can someone assist me with this? I tried to do this
via the alias section but it said I couldn't.

When Hotmail changed to Outlook I lost all my folders on my sidebar. There must be a way to get them back I really need a few of the emails that were saved in there. I can't stress enough how badly I need them. Please help my time is limited.
When I reply to a message, the window which appears has a smiley on the top left. I have no idea how to get rid of it.
Why is it there, and how do I get rid of it?
