I do not see any link to "Reset Password" option , Just suspend user , and suspend email option is there.

How in the name of God to you add a contact in Outlook? I have been trying for a hour now to figure it out. It used to be very simple - is there a reason they had to SCREW it up. Is this from one of those stupid ads they ran on TV with the little kid throwing
papers around the room claiming she is so smart with the computer? The help file makes so since at all and neither does searching the net for an answer. Why can't they leave well enough alone?

I am totally non technical so please reflect that in your responses. I have an apple iPhone and we have just bought an iMac computer. A few weeks ago I had problems with sending emails on my phone and an apple advisor talked me through deleting my email
account and resetting it as outlook and now i have no problem. However, when we bought the iMac I set up my hotmail account and can receive mail. I cannot send mail. I spent nearly 40 minutes on the phone with apple help desk, My outgoing email is pop3.live.com
and he was trying to get my outgoing mail as stmp.live.com but it kept saying that to was offline. He suggested I contact microsoft / hotmail support which I have done. I have spent a very long time on the phone explaining my problem to various people who
then advise me that I need to speak to another department , who has ultimately led me to this forum.
Can anybody help me please and if so could you use very simple terms.

I can do everything I need to do up to & including the editing with Movie Maker & Saving the movie ("Ready to burn DVD"), but when it comes to burning the DVD it says "DVD burner not found”.
Any advice on how to deal with this error would be highly appreciated.

I opened my Outlook account in August 2013 and it worked well till I took my laptop abroad last week. Now i can only access my Outlook account via Gmail and I'm not sure I am receiving all incoming mail. When I try to access Outlook directly I see mail
in inbox only to the end of August. I can send mail from outlook account but replies come to the version I access via Google only. Can you help please?
