Hi, I want to set up a second Hotmail because one is my personal one and one is going to be for business/work. I want to know if I create a second one with the same details will my old one be deleted or will it be left untouched?
I don't want my old one to be deleted. I don't want to add an alias because I don't want people who see one account to see the other and I don't want to merge my contacts.

I was previously able to receive messages on my owned domain after having switched to Outlook.com from GoDaddy e-mail hosting. Now, I am getting errors trying to send to this account; however I can still send from this account. Thoughts?

I think there is probably nothing that can be done about this, but I may as well ask in case!
I have been trying to set up my hotmail/outlook email address to work in Mac Mail, which seemed to be working. I synced the inbox to my computer, and a few of the emails came through. I then decided that it wasn't worth the fuss, and I'd just sign in
using the online webpage, so I deleted the account from Mail.
When I now login to the Outlook webpage, all of my saved emails in my inbox are gone - not in any of the folders, and I don't have a POP folder they may have moved to. They're also not on my computer.
Is there anything that can be done to get them back?!

EDIT: Also, under POP this is selected:
Don't let devices or apps delete messages from Outlook. If the app or device is set to delete, Outlook will move the messages to a special POP folder instead.

My inbox seems to automatically delete any emails older than about two weeks. I haven't set up any rules, they are not in the deleted area and I am now tearing my hair out trying to stop this from happening in the future. Help please.

I have not received the promised 20GB SkyDrive Storage through Office 365 Home Premium subscription! I've been paying for that subscription few months now, and I'm not receiving the benefits I'm supposed to.
I've spoken to at least 6 people over Microsoft chat - the last one even said he has logged the problem for resolution and I should have a response within 72h hours (which didn't happen).
Yes, I am using the same account for both office and skydrive.
Yes, I've logged to the correct skydrive link and accound.
Yes, it appears only 7 GB (where it should be 27 GB).
Tip: I've cancelled and resubscribed couple of times, hit might have caused a problem with your system. That YOU have to resolve.
