How can I request a one time access code if Icannot log in to my Outlook Hotmail to see it? Ido not have "Text Messaging". Why can't I contact anyone directly to communicate. No "pre printed Questions" appear to address my problem.

I am working on a HP PC and run vista.
I have 73 e-mails in my Inbox folder but can only see 7 of them. How do retrieve all my e-mails?
My Skydrive no longer syncs since upgrade to 8.1. I am signed into microsoft account on both desktop and laptop. No skydrive icon in notification area.
Can Microsoft please issue simple way of resolving this.
To be frank, I moved to Skydrive after Live Mesh was withdrawn and Skydrive has never been anywhere near as reliable as the former.
This should be a set up and forget process.

I can't figure out the problem all of the sudden one day I couldn't log on to my e-mail at this computer! It is a work computer and somebody else might have messed with a setting or there may be a larger issue. Does anyone have any idea?
I am fed up with Yahoo Mail. I wanted to simply open an email account at outlook.com
All I see are references to aliases.... huh??? I don't want an alias... I just want a basic email account. But for the life of me, I see no way to do that. I guess I need to keep looking for a different alternative to Yahoo Mail.
If it is this difficult to figure out how to set up a simple email account, it must be a nightmare to actually try to use it.

Not all the e-mails being sent to me are arriving - some are being bounced back to the sender saying that my inbox is full. It's not (its empty) and I've deleted a mass of old filed e-mails to be sure. Anyone know how I can fix this?

I have recently asked for help as I am currently unable to send emails.
You replied to a subscriber back in February who had the same problem. I have cleared all browsing history as recommended, but I still have the same problem. You also recommend using HTTPS, but under Options I do not have the links you mention. I do not have another computer to use and do not know what you mean when you ask if I have another browser.
Can you please do whatever is necessary to clear the problem and enable me to send emails.

I have added members to a group in People, then saved the group. The new number of contacts in the group reflects the fact that they have ben added. But the next time I look at this group, these new members are no longer there. I have been through this
several times, following all the steps for adding members to a group - each time they appear to have been added, but the next time I want to use the group, they are missing. Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?
I am currently using Outlook Express 6 and having some problems due to the lack of support for this product
I want to upgrade to outlook.com or some other windows based email provider. What is recommended and will my info from
Outlook Express be transferred to the new provider.
