I have email hosted via "c.wn" and I can send e-mail, bu I can't recive e-mail .

I have set up OneNote (O/N) and SkyDrive (S/D) on laptop. No sync issues. Installed O/N and S/D apps on Droid Razr Max (phone). Files from laptop visible in S/D on phone. O/N on phone says it is synced but no files appear. Attempt to open O/N files in S/D on phone and get a message that there is no app that can read the files. Why am I not able to sync?
I was using Evernote between the two devices with no problem. I like the layout and features of O/N better but it is useless if I am unable to sync between the two. This is my third attempt to resolve this issue.
I've been using Outllok Express on WinXp and now i'm switching to Outlook on Win8 on a new computer; i understand Win8 does not support O.Express. How can I move my address book & email files to Outlook. Will Outlook recognize O.E. files (wab.exe for address book & .dbx files for emails), or do i have to convert them to an Outlook format?

I have a few pictures in library but have lots in photo gallery and am trying to move them all into photo gallery...
Recently my inbox became full to the brim, where I wasn't receiving any messages at all. I emptied my inbox and then emptied the deleted folder but since then I still haven't received any emails until today, which is telling me my inbox is too full.
Any ideas what this could be?

I recently switched domain name provider, and am struggling to update the settings on outlook.com so I can continue to send and receive e-mails via outlook. Every time I go to click on the change account settings button I get asked to verify the account by inputting a code sent by sms. I do this but it makes no difference - it just keeps asking for another code
Any ideas how to stop this from happening?
