Question about Outlook Express

I recently had to get a new Windows 8x phone after the last one suddenly died on me over the weekend. I had all of my photos and videos upload automatically to skydrive.  Now, when I look in Skydrive I cannot find any of my videos from the old phone. But looking at my phone under my albums and go to Camera Roll from Skydrive I can see all of my videos- so it says they are there- but when I go to any skydrive application my videos are not appearing. From my phone and the Camera Roll from Skydrive album the only option I have is to delete the videos which obviously I'm not going to do. And since the old phone died (won't charge/turn on etc) I have no way to access the original videos and re-download them so that is also not an option.
I made sure that I am logged in under the right account and the pictures I have taken from that day are there but none of the videos are- what gives?!

When I try to attaching files to a message composed in Outlook, I keep getting the message "We are trying to get set-up. Please try again". Not sure what this is about but there are no updates that are required so not sure what to do. Has anyone had this issue and is able to help?

since updating to Windows 8.1 my Hotmail account (updated to outlook earlier) will not work properly.  I cannot click on emails to open them, check the radio boxes or click on any of the reply, delete, flag icons.  I have to right click to open up a menu list and click on reply to open up the emails.  Also cannot access any files that are attached.  What can I do to resolve this?

I just spent a couple hours writing a school paper when I went to save. it said saving but doesn't do anything other than that. I still have the page open I CAN'T LOSE THIS... What do I do?

I made a typo when I registered my email address, so I can't get the verification email. Now I can't access Outlook or Sky Drive. What can I do?
