I am working job in information technology. Sudden my office colleague shift delete E-mail from E-mail Client software Outlook express,Microsoft

Outlook 2003 version and 2007 version with windows live mail 2011,2012 version using several colleague...

Now How can recover Shift delete mail from E-mail client software........
