Outlook for the Mac is currently unusable as it provides no sync functionlity through to the Mac apps, iPhone and iPad. You’re using isync which is dead. All my data for Calendars and Reminders is received from iCloud. There is no way to sync with this as the data does not reside on the computer. All vendors are providing sync this way.
