Add xbox music account to family safety account

This is about Family Safety but that option is not available to select below.

This must be something very simple because I can't find any information anywhere about how to do this.

We purchased an xbox music subscription and I would like to add that account to the accounts I monitor with family safety.

Where are the instructions about how to do this?

I recently tried to sign into Xbox Music on my new computer, and it brought me to a screen to accept the updated TOS. I would not allow me to do so without permission. However, when I first opened the account, there were parental controls placed on it that are still in tact, but my mom has been unable to recover her password information.

I'm 20 now, and I need these controls bypassed so I have free range of my account. I chatted with someone from Zune support, who suggested I come here. (Case Ref: 1217699072) I am able to access literally everything else accept Zune / Xbox Music.

This is my issue.  Several apps do have permissions (shown in the charms bar as having permission to use the internet for example) such as Microsoft Software Collection, Taptiles, Mahjong, Xbox video, Pinball FX2 etc etc. However not a single one shows up as an app or service that has permissions when I check my online (MSN Premium) account. I either can't sign into XBox for Solitaire or, I can't make a purchase in Xbox video or sign into Xbox Music. I've tried just about every fix short of a clean install. Since it appears to be some sort of issue with permissions, I doubt that would work.
