I recently tried to sign into Xbox Music on my new computer, and it brought me to a screen to accept the updated TOS. I would not allow me to do so without permission. However, when I first opened the account, there were parental controls placed on it
that are still in tact, but my mom has been unable to recover her password information.
I'm 20 now, and I need these controls bypassed so I have free range of my account. I chatted with someone from Zune support, who suggested I come here. (Case Ref: 1217699072) I am able to access literally everything else accept Zune / Xbox Music.
