Error 0x80040705 when installing windows essential 2012

When installing windows essential it couldn't install these programs: Messenger, Mail, Photo Gallery and Movie Maker, Writer, Family safety . 

windows live mail errors…I am using windows 7.

I am using windows 7.  My email will come up and I receive them but cannot forward, reply or send email.  I get a message saying windows live writer cannot be found.
