This problem only began 3 days ago.  Previously everything worked just fine.

Have checked with McAfee.  They disabled the program but still could not send email.  Problem NOT with McAfee.

From my att.yahoo homepage can receive and send emails through Yahoo Mail w/o any problem.

Problem is only with Windows Live Mail.

Need any suggestions before I contact AT&T.

Thanks a TON.

I have Winows8, use Windows Live Mail. I see no Outbox in the folder section. I know I've got an email stuck there, but don't know how to get there to delete it. How do I add the Outbox to the folder list?
I Have windows live mail 2012 how do i change it to 2013

This question relates to Windows Live Mail current version (not sure what that is, just downloaded to a new Windows 8 PC)...

The Windows Live Mail screen has tabs for creating/answering email, across the top they are File, Message, Insert and Options.  In creating an email, most of the work is done under the Message tab, with the editing tools.  But THEN I have to switch to the Insert tab to add a signature.  Because I opt for different signatures for different purposes, I do not have it automatically inserted.

Is there a way to get "Insert Signatures" as one of the tools under Message tab, right along there with formatting tools?  It has Attach Files, why not Insert Signatures?  So can I customize?

I keep getting error message when starting Windows Live Mail - "The connection to the server has failed"  Windows Live Mail Error ID: Ox800CCCOE.  When I close the program another message pops up - "You have unsent messages in your outbox.  Do you want to send them now?"  Clicking on "yes" does nothing.  Clicking on "no" closes the message, also doing nothing.  This problem started when I attempted to forward an email from one contact to another on my list.  The error message keeps reappearing as long as my Windows Live mail program is open.  How do I fix the problem and get rid of the error message.

<Windows 8>

Hi - when deleting an email in Windows Live Mail, I can't see where it goes! There doesn't appear to be a Deleted Folder - am I missing it?
Windows Live Mail keep asking for my e-mail address-which is fine.I am also being asked for my password.I thought that I had it,obviosly not.How can I rectify this?
Went to open Windows Live Mail one morning a few weeks ago after using it for years with no problems.  However this morning it wouldn't open and crashed on start-up.  I have un-installed and re-installed it many times but same problem.  The only reason i can think of it not working is down to a windows update the night before the program stopped working.  Any help would be very much appreciated.  I have included some links to some print screens of what happens when i open the program.
