Original title: Can't SEND Live Mail msgs.

Live Mail Msgs that I "send" go to OUTBOX and sit there; then I get an error msg: "Windows Live Mail error ID 0x800CCC0E", etc.. Was not a problem up to a few months ago. I have uninstalled and re-installed Live Mail twice , and there is indication that I now have the 2012 version, but still no success.

I currently use Windows Live Mail 2012 on Windows 7 Home Premium and in the last couple of days I have started to have real problems with it. Whenever I try and log in to read my emails the software tells me my username or password are incorrect, when I know for a fact they are okay because I've only just used them on Outlook.com. Any suggestions?
I have successfully migrated from XP to W7 by first installing W7 on a separate partition on my computer.  I then re-installed my programs andmigrated all of my files to the new partition,  That is, everything except my Windows Live Mail storage folders.  Now I'm stuck.   I have Windows Live Mail working in both operating systems, but cannot incorporate my old storage folders into my W7 version.  I want to now remove the XP partition, but have to keep it just to access my old Email files.

My Windows Live Mail keeps going off line and I get a message "you are currently working off line. do you want to go online"  I click Yes and the message just keeps repeating itself.  Also says "There was an error when attempting to connect to the Windows Live Calendar.  If the error persists check to see if there is an upgrade of Windows Live Mail available or contact a service representative.  What and who is a service representative?

I recently changed from a local email service provider to Century Link.  Since then I've had two problems with Windows Live Mail:
1. When I access my contact list from the WLM window, I cannot find a way to return to the WLM window without closing the program altogether and restarting WLM.
2.  When I click on an email address link provided by an email sent to me or by a website somewhere else, nothing happens.  No window appears with that address in the "To" box, as always happened before.  I have to click on "Email message" and type in that address manually.

Can anyone tell me what's wrong, either with the system or with me?
Dick

I have recently lost all my email folders and messages.  I have followed the recovery instructions and the system appears to have gone through the copy procedure but all that appears in my account are several "Imported Folders" titles but there is nothing in th folders.  Can you please advise ?
