Every time I go to scan and send a message  the window live mail come up with the error ID: ox8de20007 and I don't no why
All my subfolders disappeared from Windows Live Mail (I am using Windows 7, and just couple of weeks ago it was still fine).

I already repaired Windows Essentials (as advised on this fora), but it did not help.

What else can I do?

On outlook.com I am not allowed to create any more subfolders, it tells me that I reached the maximum amount. What is the maximum?

Thanks

Original Title: Windows Live Mail

I have had Windows Live Mail since I got my computer and it always works fine.  For the last month I have clicked on the icon for Windows Live Mail and the box pops up like it is trying to open and it never does.  The Windows Live box will sit there for hours with the little circle going around like it is trying to open yet never does.  How do I stop this problem so I can once again get in my email?

Original Title: Forwarding emails with pictures that turn out as a slide show

I have Windows 7 and use windows live mail 2012. From time to time I receive emails with pictures in the body of the email and more often than not a caption at the side of the picture or underneath the picture. If I try to forward it on the pictures end up as a slide show across the top of the email with the body of the email showing square boxes where the picture should be. Sorry this is not very technical but its the best way I can describe it.  I have had the trouble in the past but not for a long time now. This latest problem started with a friend who has just bought a new computer and has Windows 8. Could it be that now 8 and 7 are not compatible? My ISP is Sky.

Does any one know the answer to this problem. It doesn't happen all the time just from time to time but its annoying when it does happen.

I can open Live Mail, but I get the following (as of this morning):

Unable to send or receive messages for the xxxxx account.

Server Error: 5102
Server: 'https://mail.services.live.com/DeltaSync_v2.0.0/Sync.aspx'
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x8DE00002

However: I can open the messages in Outlook, which is not my preference. I have been receiving messages to  update my instant messenger  to the  latest version, which I have (Skype 6.6); the "latest version" referred to is 6.3, which Skype properly reminds me is older than what I have. I'm running Windows 8.

To complicate matters even  more,  existing WLM messages are opening in Gmail.

I did a Windows Live Essentials repair, which didn't help.

Other than removing WLM completely and reinstalling it, what can I do?

Thanks.
