file too large to send

I sent an audio file that is too large. I cannot open my email to delete it in the outbox. When I click the icon the only thing that comes up is the dialog box that shows the progress bar (which is barely moving). How can I stop this program? And, if I uninstall and reinstall the Windows live mail will I lose all of my folders?

I was also wondering if there is access to windows live mail through a server.

Please help, this has been going on for 2 days.

Windows Live Mail Doesn’t Send or Receive Hotmail on Thanksgiving (11-28-13, 10:43 pm PST)

Earlier Thanksgiving day it did.

But at 10:43 pm PST, I can no longer send or receive Hotmail messages using Windows Live Mail.

When I try to refresh my Windows Live Mail Hotmail folder, I get this error message:

Unable to send or receive messages for the [named] account.

Server Error: 3204
Server: 'https://mail.services.live.com/DeltaSync_v2.0.0/Sync.aspx'
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x8DE20003

What happened?

Windows Live Mail and Old Microsoft Word Documents

I've just upgraded to Windows 8 from Windows Home Basic. At present I can't access my live mail address and retrieve E-mails even after trying to negotiate compatibility. I am also experiencing difficulty in accessing my old Word Document files (.doc) as none of the available apps give me full use. Is there a program (that doesn't cost, I find that very questionable, that I should upgrade to 8 and then be expected to buy various items that were on my previous Home Basic) Suggestions, please?

trying to save and send a pdf from word 2010 to an email account - these errors messages appear. spent over 4 hours trying to solve- support was a run around until they tried to charge me. I told them I just ant this stupid thing removed that is screwing up my pc. Google has a better OS. good bye MSN

Windows Live Mail -group emails stopped working

Have Window 8 my groups (categories) won't keep the names in, despite clicking save?
I have set up various groups/categories in Windows Live Mail for sending group e-mails and when I click on them, they appear to have everyone in, but if I try to send an e-mail, there are either no contacts in there or there is only partial recipient addresses in there. When I click on the category to edit it, the original contacts have all disappeared or partially disappeared! I try putting them in again and click save and they don't stay there!  It used to work fine, what is happening??    
I have personally spent 4-5 hours  and tech support has spent an additional 5-6 hours, no error message. Tried online repair, etc. Tech guy said another customer has same problem.

This morning ALL names were missing when I go to 'edit category'. I have large business group folders....need help!

How to get rid of annoying request to sign in to Live Mail?

Each time I open Windows Live Mail I get the pop-up message that my password is incorrect. If I cancel this message I can use my Live Mail perfectly well so why does it appear every time I open Mail? Don't know if it's a coincidence that this appears since a recent Windows 8 update was downloaded.

 

Help anyone?

Windows live mail will not send or receive for my Hotmail account. It had never given any trouble until now, it has not worked any time in the last few days.

 

It says-

Server Error: 3204

Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x8DE20003

 

I thought I would try removing the email account and re-adding it. I have removed it, but when I try to re-add, nothing happens.

 

Please help.

I need help with windows live mail .... when i have opened WLM today i noticed an email that said it had a virus alert and couldnt be controlled ...as i saw the  email my machine froze and became unresponsive ...i restarted and then went offline and deleted the offending email did a virus check with mcafee and it came back ok ...i have since gone back on WLM and it froze again ...i use all my email addresses through WLM has anyone any ideas what i can do to get rid of this problem ....do i need to reinstall WLM ?

any help would be greatly appreciated

with windows live mail my 'Work Offline' button has ceased to function properly. so i cannot switch off the internet connection. any ideas why it should suddenly start doing that?
