This has been happening for a month without me knowing - not good seeing as I am at work trying to email clients

keep getting this error, have used the hotmix mamy times, it seems to fix error for limited time period... only have 1 account on client,

Version 2012 (Build 16.4.3522.0110)

xps I7 cpu, 12gb ddr3,
windows 7 ultimate 64bit

bullguard internet security

so shouldn't be a problem, network firewall is not blocking live mail....

For the past week or so I've been receiving the following error message on Windows Live Mail:

Unable to send or receive messages for the Hotmail account.

Server Error: 3204

server: "https://mail.services.live.com/deltaSync_2.0.0/Sync.aspx"

Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x8DE20003

I've tried opening and closing the program, restarting the computer,  deleting and adding the account,  and installing the latest version of Live Mail. Nothing is working. Could you please assist me?

Other info:

-  No issues with syncing mail on my smartphone or accessing it through the Microsoft Live website

-  Syncing status on live mail repeatedly attempts to update my calendar

Thanks for the help.

I cannot get my email or send. This is one error I am getting. There are 3 outbox messages to be sent. When I go to log on and put my password in it does not accept. WHAT DO I DO? HELP PLEASE!

Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of inactivity.

I am A Student at University and am unable to send any emails from my talktalk account while I can receive without any trouble.

This error appears within about 1 sec of me pressing 'send and receive':

Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of inactivity.

I have tried changing the port and unticking/ticking this requires secure connection and have tried disabling my firewall.

I am 99% sure it is related to the University's Servers and not my Laptop.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

I just purchased a new computer with Windows 7 and Live Email and cannot send emails.  I can receive, but cannot send.  I have contacted Comcast and they cannot help.

Please help!

My Error is

Server, *** Email address is removed for privacy ***

Windows Live Mail Error Ox800CCCCOF

Port 110

Secure SSL yes

When trying to log on windows live mail with my Microsoft username and password I get the following message:

Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x80004004

unable to send or receive messages for MSN account.

however it accepted my Yahoo account, but not my Gmail account. Same thing on my Smartphone- accepts only Yahoo sign in, but not Gmail nor MSN sign in.

The last couple of days I can not send email - receive the error in the subject.  I receive email just fine.
The last email I sent successfully was on 02/06/2014 - never had problem previously.

I am running Windows 7
Tried removing and adding my hotmail account in WLM - no help.
Tried repairing windows essentials - no help.

I received and many windows updates on 02/14/2014, including a windows outlook 2010 update.  My guess is that one of these updates screwed something up.

Any ideas what to do?

Thanks

UPDATE - just discovered that manually typing in the email address and forcing it to not use the contact info, then the email can be sent.
Not sure why using the same email address from the contact list fails.
