I have set up categories from my address book, which names are visible, but when I try to edit, none of these names are highlighted, hence I cannot send an email to these people at one time. Since the category has the correct email addresses, how do I
make sure that they are highlighted again, when trying to edit them?
How does one import a csv file directly into windows live mail category folder (OK if part of contacts as well, duplicates excluded)? CSV file contains three columns: firstname, lastname, emailaddress
