The e-mail address on file to send the code to is an old e-mail that is no longer accessible. I tried to access the mobile number way to receive a code but it just directs me back to the same code page. Everything I do directs me back to the same code
page! I have important info in my e-mail account!! What can I do?

I used to be able to select from several usernames when logging on to Hotmail. For instance, I could see my name, my wife's name, and each of our daughters' names. Why can't I do that anymore?
