Movie maker won't play my videos that were working previously and now has a black screen, I NEED HELP!! All of my drivers are Updated, I also tried converting the files, nothing is working. Is there any way I can save the project into a video file because
at this moment when I try to it says it can't save because it is missing files. I really don't want to spend another 10 hours remaking this video. There HAS TO BE A FIX!!!!
I have built a six minute video with about 30 pictures, 20 video clips, and 2 music files. I have tried to save the movie in several different formats including the recommended format and every time I get the exact same response:
"There are missing or unusable files in your Movie Maker project that are preventing your movie from being saved. Please check that file preparation is enabled in Options, or remove the
files and try again"
Each time the message comes up, however, it references a different video file as being the source of the problem.
I am using Version 2012 Build 16.4.3505.0912
My video files are .MOV (From an iPhone and from a dSLR camera) and .MP4 (from a GoPro)
My photo files are .jpeg
My music files are .mp3
Please help!!!!! Thank you
