I have windows live essentials and I am unable to send emails. I can from my verizon account. I keep getting this error message.

windows live error #5102  - cannot send or receive Emails

 

HP Laptop Pavilion dv6

500 Gb Hard drive

32-64 bit

 

This unit was working fine for three years.  I recently changed from Comcast to Verizon FIOS two weeks ago (8-27-2013).  No problems until 9/29/2013.  I got this message on my outlook Address.  The other address are two Verizon and two Comcast addresses which are still working fine. 

 

The Error message panel reads:  Top of post <> Windows Live Mail

                                                    Unable t send or receive messages for the outlook (FxxxxxxxxxM) account.                                                     

                                                    Server error #5102

                                                    Server  http://mail.services.live.com/DeltaSync_v2.0.0/Sync.aspx'

Dialing Prefix Issue

Verizon has 2 area codes for my local calling area, 610 and 484, so Verizon requires local calls use the area code but no calling prefix . How do I set the prefx "1" for long distance calls but not use the "1" for my local are codes?

Can’t send mail on Android Please Fix

I use a driod X, android 2.3.4 OS version 4.5621 Verizon.

I access the email through an account on the messaging system of the phone (built in mail app)

It is a pop3 the complete error message is Invalid Server Certificate. The only thing impacted is sending or replying to messages on the phone. The account works fine in every other way on the phone and computer at work and at home. *** Email address is removed for privacy ***

windows phone video upload quality

Hi all first time Wp8 user and sophomore SkyDrive user.

 

My issue is with the quality of my video upload when uploading larger videos to my SkyDrive account via my Lumia 928 on Verizon. Basically I take a great HD video of my kids that looks and sounds great but when I upload it SkyDrive compresses it so bad my kids look like muddy aliens from planet 8 bit! :) I use the manual method via pushing and holding on the video, share, save to SkyDrive.

 

very short videos seem to be ok but larger ones are unusable. I have verified that my WiFi connection is good. Is there a fix in the works or is there a suggestion box? Or is this one of those growing pains things that make wp8 and SkyDrive "almost" recomendable to friends and family :(.

 

I mean I know its possible since the other cloud service that shall not be named was able to perform the same function over a year ago on my old galaxy...

I use WLM to receive/send emails from/to Google, Msn, Verizon, and my webpage email address.  

Suddenly now, when sending either the email comes back to ME as the recipient (!!!) or it just SITS in the Outbox (MOST especially when I have multiple attachments).  It worked well before this week.

Now, when receiving, I tell it to update all and send/receive all and it LOCKS up at the 3/4 mark.

I do not get error messages.

get rid of verizon redirection at logout

Since I can no longer easily select my associated e-mail accounts due to recent changes due to security issues, I now have to logout. However the logout redirects to Verizon (an issue for years now), though I have never used Verizon (just use Verizon as carrier who somehow asserted itself on me when I installed the Verizon interface when I installed the Verizon comm package). I want to get rid of the top bar that has the Verizon redirection and logo on it (one of my associated accounts has the same bar and problem, the other 2 do not) but cannot find out how to do so.

What phones will display Hotmail subfolders?

We have a a Motorola Droid that displays Inbox, Sent, Outbox, Trash, but no subfolders I created.  Verizon told us that, while Motorola's system will not display Hotmail folders, Samsung's will.  It's important to me that I can access subfolders.  We're about to purchase new phones and I;d like to verify whether this is true.  Are there certain cells where Hotmail's app allows viewing subfolders or is this a pervasive problem with the Hotmail app?  Thanks!!

How do I delete old address without losing mail in Outlook for Mac?

I have Outlook for Mac 2011 and set up 3 emails from Comcast. I switched providers and set up Verizon accounts and continued to get emails from both. 

As expected, I can no longer access the old provider. But now I am getting constant "Could not retrieve mail" errors and would like to instruct Outlook to stop trying to access Comcast. I need to save the older emails so if I delete the accounts, will I lose all of my older emails?

Is there a setting to keep the accounts, but instruct Outlook not to try to access mail?

Service to my Blackberry Bold ceased yesterday mid-morning and Verizon is unable to help  My phone is fine it is the Hotmail/Outlook mobile server that is not communicating with  my Blackberry
