After removing Gmail IMAP account from Outlook 2011 sometime in May, I noticed several "ghost" INBOX folder under Unified Inbox (see the picture below). Under the Unified Drafts I also have three Drafts folders, the Unified Sent Items, Unified Deleted Items and Unified Junk E-mail only have a single extra folder.



All the folders show the same last synced time (see below).



I've tried removing the Gmail mailbox and adding it again, but the folders don't disappear. If I disable Unified view (Tools -> General -> Group similar folders...), there's no account that has the INBOX folders, but changing back to Unified Inbox makes the folder re-appear. Is there any way to remove the "ghost" folders or do I just have to recreate my Outlook profile?
