Setting up new laptop on windows 8 -I can't get my talktalk email recognised by outlook. Talktalk have instructions including port codes for an IMAP account and I've carried out the entries as required but Outlook doesn't recognise them. The data on my
old laptop shows my email was originally set up in 2008 as a POP3. How do I sort it?
