My skydrive has suddenly stopped syncing with my pc. When I rightclick on the icon on the taskbar the sync button is not active. I have had no problems until this. I have tried on my laptops, and it is the same problem. I have loads of space available, and my account is fine. Others have succeeded in uploading into our shared folders, and syncing with their pc's and mac's. Like them, I can upload directly to those folders by dragging directly to Skydrive, but not through my pc skydrive folder.

I tried to switch from Dropbox to Skydrive but have some problems with syncing files in Skydrive now.


Skydrive is trying to sync something and it's not able to do it, it never stop syncing and it shows very large file size (see screenshot)
I don't understand what is happening there.

I am having problems with syncing my Hotmail account via the native email app on my nexus 4.  It was working great since I got the phone in July but then a few weeks ago it stopped syncing.  I have deleted and re-added the account and done restarts after each but it won't sync.  It says "waiting for sync" and just keeps going and going,  never actually syncing.  I've looked online for many different options and none have worked.

SkyDrive is not syncing on my PC. It acts like it is constantly syncing, but does not upload all of my files. Certain folders sync OK, but the others don't. Often times a few files will sync inside of a folder, but the rest of them will not. (They are small files, too; MS Word Docs) I also have trouble when I upload a file to a website from my SkyDrive folder. It appears with files and folders that I have deleted over a year ago.

I tried uninstalling and re-installing, but it didn't seem to help at all.

 

I have Windows 7 Pro.

I've been syncing my Outlook...via iContacts...to my iPhone 5 for several months with no problem.
Then, all of a sudden...the only contacts on my iPhone are from Facebook (which I couldn't care less about and have no idea why those are there).
But, my contacts from my Mac Outlook are no longer syncing.
My calendar IS syncing --- just not Contacts.

I've rebooted and updated everything...nothing seems to be working.
Any suggestions?

OS X Vs 10.8.4

My e-mail is not syncing correctly to my ipad2. I already tried removing and adding the account. This did not help. Mail worked correctly for the last 2 years on this same Ipad and so are accounts from my wife and daughter. My account is working correctly using windows 7 e-mail client and using web access. On the ipad the inbox is syncing but folders are not. All folders are selected for push and have no time limit. When I try to update folders I receive the message Cannot get mail, server error, contact your server administrator

Hello!  I have searched here for an answer to this issue, I see that many people have had this or a similar issue but it seems to require some sort of account adjustment to be fixed so I thought I would post here.

I have an outlook.com account that is my main microsoft account, and am running the following devices:
Dell inspiron, Windows 8.1 preview, auto updating
Acer w510 tablet, Windows 8.1 preview, auto updating
Nokia lumia 920, Windows Phone 8, auto updating

My email seems to be syncing ok on all devices, although a bit glitchy due to the issues of last week...but all seems well.
My calendar seems to be syncing well.  I have my outlook.com calendar as my main calendar on Outlook 2013, and changes I make on any device appear to be syncing in a timely manner.

My contacts, however, are not syncing at all to any of my devices.  The list when I am on Outlook.com on my computer is completely different than what I see in my People app on that same computer, and changes made on any device are not getting back to outlook.com.  This is very frustrating.  I have tried every potential solution I have seen here and elsewhere, and nothing has worked.  

Please let me know if you require any further information in order to help me solve this issue.

Outlook.com account is not syncing to any of my devices anymore.  I am getting this error in Outlook 2013

 

There are too many devices syncing with this account. To sync using Outlook, try removing another device that is connected with this account such as a phone or another computer.

 

 

All devices are using AES

I have been using SkyDrive since it first came out without any issues.  I actually pointed the Documents folder to point directly to Skydrive without any issues as well.  Then I installed Office 2013.

At first I kept getting these errors in Office telling me that the server version and local version could not be synced.  I found that unchecking the box "Use Office to sync files..." resolved that issue.

Now my problem is that nothing on my Windows 7 64-Bit computer is syncing properly.  I recently changed the name of one of my main folders and instead of pushing that update out, SkyDrive decided to download the old folder and all of its content over and over again.  Every time I delete the old folder, Skydrive downloads it again.

Moreover, nothing is syncing out from my computer - it is as if Skydrive is only syncing down to my computer instead of actually syncing items.

Can somebody please help me figure out how to correct these issues?
