Hi,
Im a new skydrive user [using windows 8.1 as my main pc].
I have problem that my file not uploaded to skydrive, its said pending, but i wait for 6 hours its still said pending. I already checked that :

1. My internet connection is good
2. Use troubleshooting
3. check the task manager
4. Restarting my pc

But still not worked,
Im using G**gle Dr**ve before, and have no problem.
can u help me to fix it so i can move on to sky drive?

We have the next problem in our company.

There are some users who are currently working with the same email account in Outlook (info@). The problem is that when one of the user reads an email (mark it as read), for the rest of the users it shows as if it hadnt been read, and it happens the same with the sent emails. it is clear, it is a sync problem but we dont know how to solve it.

Skydrive on Windows 8.  Files sometimes sync whether I update them from Skydrive direcly or on my PC.  Right clicking on the sky drive icon shows view sync problem in grey. I keep having to copy from skydrive to my PC or vice versa as these excel files are critical to keeping my small business current.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I lost some data while skydrive was syncing between 2 different computers. Here's the scenario:
On my main desktop it is set to sync all files between pc and skydrive, on my laptop I only selected the current folder I was working in.
Problem seems to be, the laptop settings seemed to overide the PC and skydrive started syncing with the laptop by removing all the other folders.
I have checked the recycle bin in web based skydrive and the folders that are effected are there, but all empty. Is there any way to recover this very important data?

What I don't understand is, why did the laptops sync preferences effect the PC's sync status?

I created an account with domains.live.com changed my Mx and what not and  everything worked fine for the first 2 months. After that the Costumer that i created the account call me and it is telling me that is outlook is not working anymore (he bought Outlook 2010). So when i look at the he is receiving 2 error:

Error 0x8004102A and 0x800CCE05

In the folder where i get the error it is telling me "Authentification impossible sur le calendrier Windows Live". So i tried to build a VM with a clean version of windows and Office (Both legal and fully updated) and the probleme happen again on both computer. the only way to "fix it" is to delete the profil and create a new one, but i can't do that every other week,.

Anyone can help me? The phone support told me they can't do anything for me....

But I'm not accessing via mobile device....

 

My computer just did a Windows update and now I can't login to Outlook to check emails.  Coincidence?

I've been getting frustrated about skydrive sync, and I think I might have found the reason.  

the problem is that skydrive on my mac is where I do most of my work.  Then I take my laptop somewhere and try to access my documents only to find that the latest version or new documents I have created are not updated on skydrive. This is not a sync problem to my laptop - the files do not exist on the web.

Looking through the error log files, I see some references to proxy name errors and I wondered about my VPN.  On the mac, I use a VPN some of the time, but i will disconnect and use the VPN service on the laptop.  Anyway, I close skydrive on the mac, and restart it and now the file has synced.  

Is the VPN causing skydrive to get confused for syncing, or is skydrive getting stuck for some other reason?

btw, why force someone to select a 'version' when posting a question?  I use a mix of mac & PC, so what 'version' should I select?
Outlook 14.2.4 (OSX 10.8.2)

It should sync contacts with my apple contacts (On my Mac), but stopped doing so...

Already deleted the com.microsoft.outlook.XXXXX.plist and com.microsoft.SyncServicesAgent.plist. Then reactivated sync services for contacts in Outlook, but no syncing ...

Any clue?
With the advent of iCloud, I'm bailing on the Apple side of things. Migrating to Outlook for Mac in all respects. 

However, I cannot get iCal to sync to Outlook (and therefore, to iPhone, etc.). Running 10.6 (Snow Leopard) and can't find if that's the problem. I turn on sync services and do the whole thing but it gives no error, etc. Just nothing populates in the Outlook Calendar. My iPhone and iCal sync fine, it's getting the events into Outlook that's the problem.

What am I missing here, anyone?
