I cannot understand the difficulty of just renewing my outlook.com ad free subscription.  My subscription expired on 07/31 and I needed to change the payment type from card to paypal.  I am afraid of deleting my card,  because my subscription information is tied to the card and doesn't let me change  the payment type for that subscription.   All the support option does is bring me to this forum where I have to type out a paragraph detailing my problem.    Not impressed.     Please assist. 
The only thing I get at Ad-Free Outlook is an error 100 and no subscription. Been happening for days and there's no real support avenue to resolve it. Love that the error gives you a support phone number to call to complete the subscription over the phone - then promptly hangs up on you for not being a paying customer. ARGH!!!!

Once I was migrated to Outlook.com I could not update the CC used for my Windows Live Hotmail Plus‏ subscription and now it is expired.

Now under Outlook.com I would like to reactivate my service however the only customer support option provided is to use these community forums which I consider unsecure and completely inappropriate for resolving customer issues regarding billing information. I would like either a way to reactivate my service online myself or a phone number to customer support to a person who can work with me to accomplish this.

I pay for my Outlook (formerly Hotmail) e-mail account by direct debit

 

Last month I received confirmation that my subscription had been renewed. However, yesterday, I received an e-mail saying that my subscription had been cancelled. On further investigation I found that the payment had been declined and there is no obvious reason for this (plenty of funds in account etc ...)

 

I need to get this resolved but there doesn't appear to be a way of doing so.

 

Following the advice given  - i.e.

..... does not give me the opportunity to progress this other than posting this question on the forum

Although the correct DD details have been entered, outlook has failed to take the money and now my subscription has been cancelled. I've now added my card details to the account. How can I get my account back up and running with ad-free subscription?

An old "Pocket MSN" subscription is preventing me from closing a hotmail account.   There does not appear to be any way to cancel the subscription on line, nor anywhere for Pocket MSN support any more :)  what do I have to do to get it cancelled?
