I regulary get the following error box appearing on my screen: -

"WINDOWS LIVE COMMUNICATION PLATFORM HAS STOPPED WORKING - A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available"

Many weeks have gone by but no solution has been offered by windows. Yjos causes problems that I jabe to use IE to log into my hotmail account. I am using Windows 7 Pro 64bit.

I have already updated the program and I am using the latest version of Messenger. I have run virus check not only Norton but Malwarebytes Anti-Malware.

Can any member of the forum please help?

I am receiving a message “No results found” when I try to use the SEARCH function in Hotmail or Outlook.com.

For months now I can log into my account and see my emails but cannot access them.

I am able to log unto my account and can see all emails on the first page of my in-box. However I am unable to open any mail. Also, my requests for "delete" and "next page" are not being honored. I see Stopped or Done at the bottom left of my window when I make any request. Would you help please?
