Is there are way to switch back to Messenger after haveing already updated to Msn/skype, you know. like if some people prefer the Messenger Layout, because the skype layout is to bulky, you can't make the window of it short and put it in the corner of the screen, you can't see your friends Display Pictures, You can't share pictures, technicly, it just has to many problems with it. alot of people prefer Messenger, so, like i was asking is there a way a person can go back to useing Messenger after having already updated?,
My Microsoft Messenger Contacts have disappeared after I migrated to Skype.
I've looked on and off today for an answer to this, and I have been unable to find one, so...
I have several contacts who exclusively IM me through the "web messenger" found on the Hotmail page, rather than through the Windows Live client/program. Come March 15, after I have migrated my account to Skype, will I still be able to contact them, or will they need to download Skype? In other words, will the web messenger still be available after March 15, or is even that being discontinued? That's not, perhaps, the clearest way of putting it, but it's the best I can do.
Thanks.
I use hotmail for my emails, will this still stay the same when messenger merges with Skype, or is that going to end also?
I'm not sure whether to stay with Messenger/Skype or download Yahoo
What exactly is the position with Windows live Essentials on my pc as of today? I have taken advantage of the "Upgrade" to the latest edition of Skype as requested in the Skype pop-up that appears everytime you start your pc. [ I already had this version.] Messenger etc disappears from view - but it is still installed, just unreachable..??
I would have missed this had not one of my contacts informed my that I was signing into & out of Messenger on the web..?? But I could not have done this because Messenger & all Windows Live has been removed I thought..??
But no! When I go to Programs & Features I find that my choice of Windows Essential programs are still installed - but unuseable..?
This is pretty confusing! Why can't the "Upgrade" to the latest version of Skype actually inform you on what exactly is happening with my pc..??
