Just like with the switch over to Skype, you aren't taking into account peoples' want to stay with MSN Messenger and Hotmail. Folks should be able to choose whether or not they want to upgrade. Some of us don't like the changes. Stylistically, Outlook is garrish
at best, and Skype is NOT optimized for the sort of things MSN Messenger users like to do. There are so many dropped messages that happen with Skype. It's not ready to replace MSN Messenger, and quite frankly, it shouldn't have to!
Please provide us with a way to not have to switch over to Skype and give us back our Hotmail!

I merged with Skype not realizing that that Windows Live Messenger would no longer function. My contacts can't see me and I can't see them. The typeface on Skype is miniscule but that is a side issue - the inablility to communicate with my contacts is

So, now with skpe taking over messenger, it appears that i now need to buy skpe credits to text my kids phone, with messenger i didnt.. seems like a money grap to me, Why is it i now have to buy skype credits to do what i once did for free ??
I made the mistake of changing to Skype, I want my messenger back ! How do I go about it, since I switched I cant get a good video messaging time with my 81 year old mother. I need to see her to make sure she's alright. We keep getting knocked off of Skype, it's terrible !

From what people who have already upgraded have told me, it looks nothing like messenger and is not as easy to use.

J'ai déjà Skype j'installe la mise à jour pour fusionner avec MSN, mais lorsque j'installe il y a le code erreur 2738 avec le message "les barres d'outils ne peuvent pas être installées.
Dans l'invite commande j'ai inscrit : cd %windir%\system32 puis regsvr32 vbscript.dll Réussi.
Mais le problème continue.
J'ai réinstallé la mise à jour skype
Donc, j'ai utilisé Fix it
Maintenant, cela fait 1/4 d'heure que dans skype home il cherche

My secretary already merged both her Messenger and Skype contacts into Skype. I log in in Messenger with my secretarys account and we both are simultaneously signed in with same account for working purposes. I also keep Skype with my personal contacts
online. How do I keep my personal Skype contacts personal after Messenger disappears ? Can I open Skype twice on same PC with different accounts? can I hide my personal stuff from her?
