I have Windows 8.1 and use Skype messaging, but the video messaging sign on the Skype page is greyed out, I have contacted Skype and an agent took over my computer to try and correct the problem but with no success and I was told it was a Microsoft problem
and to await an update this was two weeks ago and still no update, so how can I get video messaging to work or contact Microsoft in order to fix this ?
I made the mistake of changing to Skype, I want my messenger back ! How do I go about it, since I switched I cant get a good video messaging time with my 81 year old mother. I need to see her to make sure she's alright. We keep getting knocked off of Skype, it's terrible !
