Message I get when I try to send an email
I am using rogers Internet
Can someone pls let me if I can only receive emails
Server error 3209
I tried this solution since I also cannot access my hotmail account through Windows Live Mail and still get the following message:
Unable to send or receive messages for the Hotmail (soncci) account.
Server Error: 0x80048820

I verified the sms and changed "again"the password but nothing worked.
The only way I can access the hotmail is through hotmail.com or even my phone (Android) did work.
Suggestions?
I have talked to my isp today all login info is correct. Here is message I received

Read most of the responses and it appears I need a server side reset.
I cans end the log file if I am given a link to upload it to.
I do not want to go to the website to send my mail.

Hi, I am trying to deactivate a free microsoft live account, I do not have anything attached to it, it is not the account im logged in to post this problem. I get an error page that says the server is experiencing difficulties and they cant show me the
page. I would like help deactivating my live account. I have tried it on 3 browsers, explorer, firefox and google chrome, and get the same error message, I deleted my cache and browsing history, I still get the same server error page.
How resolve issue below with windowslive?

Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x80048849 I keep getting this error. It does not seem to link with outlook or hotmail. I have removed and reinstalled windows live it used to work easily before outlook. I do not have a phone to receive texts to get a code.
what do I do?
