Getting Error 9: Server error when trying to migrate emails to outlook.com using MigrationWiz

Hi,

I'm trying to migrate all my emails from Gmail to outlook.com using MigrationWiz. The process moved successfully almost 3GB and then it stopped. Additional tries to add messages to the inbox fails on Error 9: Server error.

Additional info: inbox has 16,000+ messages, account created and accessed from Israel.

My live mail server give me a Server Error: 5102

Plus it gives me an error 0x8De000002

Since 9/20/2013, can't send/receive messages in Windows Live Mail 2012.

 

Runnning IE 10

Windows Win8 64-bit

The Windows Live Mail build:  Version 2012 (Build 16.4.3505.0912)

Complete (verbatim) error message:: 
Unable to send or receive messages for the Msn (rmlerario) account.

Server Error: 3204

I have uninstalled and reinstalled program. My outbox is clear.
Any other suggestions?

In recent days I have been unable to send messages to Groups in my Contacts file.  I receive an Error message Server Response "452 too many recipients" Port 25. Secure SSL: No, Server Error: 452, Error number: Ox800CCC79."  The Group mailing lists I use have up to 120 recipents.  I have been told that Windows Mail and Windows Live Mail now restrict the number of recipients in a Group Mailing.   Is this correct? If so when was it introduced and what are the restrictions.

 

Until a few days ago I was happily sending group mailings without any proplems.

I can receive emails in Outlook Express 6 but get an error message when sending : Server Error: 501, Error Number: 0x800CCC78 – help please!

I have followed the port setup etc but keep getting the following error message: 'The message could not be sent because the server rejected the sender's e-mail address. The sender's e-mail address was 'xxx.xxxxx@outlookcom'.
