Is there any way the security team could investigate this @live.com account and look for emails that may have been intended for my relative?  We are trying to assess the type of damage that could be done with the information that could have been sent to this address.

Every day I receive 1-2 kinds of Spam so I add to blocked website and to blocked senders list.  Today I received an email with Security Exceeded in subject line telling me I have sent too many emails in last 7 days.  I have never received an email saying this to me.  I am applying for work and being turned down a lot.  How can I tell if this is genuine.  The 'from' or email address this was sent from  is https://blu171.mail.live.com/default.aspx?id=64855&rru=inbox#n=1014141747&rru=inbox&fid=5&mid=9e4d5d6f-81ed-11e2-a2fe-002264c18e30

 

Is this a genuine hotmail address or not?  How can I tell if it is genuine?  Here is the email sent 1 March 10:27:21am as I do not want my account deleted or suspended?
