For the past week many emails from my "safe senders" list are being sent to "junk" ~ why? I have made sure that all addresses are on my "safe senders" list, but it is still happening.
Is there a maximum number of safe senders allowed in the Safe Senders List? I have my hotmail/outlook account set to strict junk mail filtering and I am trying to add new domains to my list. I just added a domain to my list and the domain I just added
sent me an email. Unfortunately, it was still sent to my Junk Folder. I looked again at my Safe Senders list and the domain wasn't there.
My guess is that there is a maximum number of safe senders I can add AND after that number is reached, it randomly removes a Safe Sender as one is added.
Any help with this would be appreciated.
