MY MICROSOFT WORD STARTER PROGRAM WON'T RUN. IT SAYS I CAN REPAIR IT IN MY CONTROL PANEL. MY QUESTION IS, HOW DO I FIX/RESOLVE I THIS ISSUE?
I am running windows 7 I recently downloaded windows essential 2012 my system ran it fine then all of a sudden it was going off line with error codes then it worked it shows all my friends as off line but when I use the messenger in hotmail it works
fine so I ran a compatability test on windows 7 and it says it version windowxp with service pack 2 which does not work now so how can I correct this so I have the proper version please and thanks for your time
