My question is in the title. If you need further amplification, please contact me. Thank you.

The crux of the problem is this. I'm being bombarded about every 2 or 3 days by somebody purporting to be an employee of Hotmail asking to verify my account, asking for address, password, date of birth, country, etc. This all come over an unsecured address. This has been going on for some time, and I think it is about time you do something about it. Occasionally, I respond to them with bogus information, and report it to local law enforcement and the FBI, Cyber Crimes division. I've also contacted you twice, no response. You seem to make it difficult to contact you, either by email or telephone, since no number is listed for Hotmail. Only snail mail, which is my next step.

This is frustrating. I personally don't believe these people work for you; but you should be concerned, because they use YOUR brand, YOUR trademarks, YOUR logos, etc. This is not some amateur bunch of hackers out there, and you might have some legal liability issues if you don't stop them.

Hopefully, this will get through to a legitimate employee, and some measures will be taken. Thank you.
This appears to be fairly common, but I am yet to be able to resolve this: (Windows Live Mail, Windows 7). When I try to Compile a new message, reply, or forward, I get this message "A problem has occurred while trying to open this message. A problem has occurred. Please try later". I have tried Windows Essentials Repair, uninstall/reinstall. I can view received email through WLM and also the website for Hotmail and POP3.I can also compile, reply, and forward via website. I have now spent days on this. I am very persistent, But I am now ready to fly the white flag and/or remove the remaining strands of hair left. I cannot understand why Microsoft can't address this. The solutions help procedures via Windows 7 are of no assistance. Can anyone offer assistance?

I am running MSN messenger on windows 7. When open I see small profile pics in the friend list but when I open a chat box the image does not appear in the top left corner as it used to do. The only thing I have changed on the PC recently was when I installed Adblock a few days before, I don't think it could have caused this problem but I'm grasping at straws as I have gone through all the settings and see no way to repair the problem. I have even tried the repair function and a re-install but still have the problem. Any help would be really appreciated. Thanks.

I am using Windows Live Mail and I believe that I have tried to send too many photo attachements which has jammed up my outgoing que and is resulting in my current inability to send additional e-mails.  (I seem to have 8 backed up now, however I am able to receive e-mails).  Is there an easy way to clear the offending e-mail with the exessive photo attachments?
