With a group contact (or a plan contact), how can I send an e-mail to all adresses registered with each contact - not just the first one?

I can not see any setting matching this. I'd like for example a check box next to each e-mail in a contact to enable/disable using that particular e-mail address when creating an e-mail. Each contact can then have 0, 1, 2 or more e-mail addresses "active" for use.

Since the delivery confirmation and read confirmation on Outlook  was eliminated and office users need this function is there any plan to add it....I would not have upgraded if I knew that it was not on 2011

In the process of setting up a hotmail account for microsoft office learning plan through ESD WA I set up more than one email address with hotmail.com and live.com.  Would you Please help me to locate all of them so that I can delete them.

Thank you,

Theresa Gasser

I currently have Windows7/Outlook 2011 in with multiple PST files (2-3 GB each, 5-6 files) and plan to import them on Outlook:Mac
Questions:
(a) For Outlook:Mac, would all these PSTs  need to be imported into a single import DB ?
(b) If yes, how do I avoid mailbox size limitations on Outlook:Mac (given that Outlook:Mac does not store mails in PSTs?)

Best,
