When cropping a picture in photo gallery, after cropping, how do you save the new crop? I can not find anywhere to do this. I see a little check mark at the bottom, but after checking, it does not save the new picture in the respective folder.
Thanks,

As for the internet browser, we also have Firefox 3.0.1. We also have Media Player installed.
"Sorry, Movie Maker can't start. Make sure your computer meets the minimum system requirements before trying to start Movie Maker again, and then try to update the driver of your video card if Movie Maker doesn't start."
Although Photo Gallery is connected to my Microsoft Account, I cannot get it to find my existing SkyDrive albums or create a new one to upload photos. I upgraded from Windows Live Photo Gallery 2011 to Windows Photo Gallery 2012 and there was no change in behavior. When I try to upload photos by clicking the SkyDrive icon in Home > Share, the Publish on SkyDrive dialog says: "Sorry, something went wrong and we couldn't get your album list." If I try to create a new album, I get the following error: "A network error has occurred. Please check your network connection and try again."
I have tried signing out and back in to my MS Account - no problems. My SkyDrive is accessible through all other means - web, local sync app, etc. Photo upload has worked flawlessly in the past, but it's been quite a while since I've used it. I assumed something changed on the SkyDrive end, but Photo Gallery 2012 has the same problems as 2011. OS is x64 Win 7 and I've done a repair of .NET Framework 4, installed all the latest updates and rebooted. No luck. Any suggestions? Thanks.
Original title: Unable To Open Photo Gallery
I have recently started to have a problem opening photo gallery and my photo folders appear to be missing. I initially received the error message 0x80070003. I then uninstalled in reinstalled windows essentials, but are now getting the following message "One or more folders included in photo gallery is offline and is preventing photo gallery from starting.
Either remove offline folders from photo gallery using windows explorer or make sure that all folders are online and try starting photo gallery again"
I checked and there does not appear to be any offline folders, and am at a loss to what to do next. At this stage I am unable to open any photo folders.
Any assistance would be appreciated.
Photo Gallery I download Photo Gallery form Microsoft and I get a lot of Junk with it.
Error code :0x80070005 will not run. I'm just trying to send photos I Outlook express.
I did not have this with Hotmail.
I click Get It Now next to Windows 8, Click download now. Then I go to my downloads folder, right click, run as administrator. I run custom install, and only check Photo Gallery/Movie Maker. I run the program and I get the response:
