I have tried online and by fax, as instructed in other Microsoft Community posts, to complete Windows Live Age Verification in order to grant Parental Authorization to my son for his use of all Microsoft services on his new laptop. I received error messages
in my attempts online and read the posts that there is no fix for the issue. I then sent a fax as instructed, got confirmation it went through, but received no response. Please help me as soon as possible. My son is most excited to begin full use of his
computer.
