We are running the latest Apple OS and iOS as we should be. Will Microsoft correct their problem?
Is Microsoft going to correct the issue they have with being unable to sync Outlook for Mac 2011 with the iPhone on an Apple device? If Sync Services will not work what is Microsoft going to do about it? I am getting very tired of the finger pointing and
am getting to the point of having to make a decision - stop using Outlook which will lead to stopping the use of MS office for a multitude of people. We need to be able to sync these iPhones with Outlook but cannot.
Suddenly when I open Outlook 2010, I get an error 4202 when Outlook tries to synch with my Outlook.com account. I have cleared the safe and blocked senders box. I have deleted the account in Outlook 2010 and reinstalled it. I have uninstalled the Hotmail connector and reinstalled it. I've shut down Outlook 2010 during or after each of these steps.
I continue to get the error. It appears as if all the folders and emails are IN Outlook 2010 correctly. When I send an email through the Outlook.com website, it does appear in the Outlook 2010 folder. When I send an email through Outlook 2010 using my Outlook.com account, that works.
So why does it give me a synch error?
I have outlook and I have windows live... which one do I need? I thought that windows live changed to outlook but I see that I am having trouble with an erros message at times when I try to email from outlook (delta server, message did not send) but the
mails do send. And when I go to windows live I see I have many emails still on it that I had deleted from outlook. I would appreciate if someone can tell me what to do to clear this up. I am tempted to just delete windows live program all together but not
sure if this is what I should do. Thanks
We have several Mac computers in our office running Mountain Lion and Outlook 2011. Outlook keeps asking for the Exchange 365 password. We've tried reinstalling Outlook and rebuilding the 365 profile and the problem keeps happening. We are about to
give up on Outlook and just use Apple Mail. Any ideas what is going on here?
I am able to log into my mail by going directly to hotmail.com but, when I try to access it thru my desktop Outlook (with updated outlook connector), I get a server error. It worked seamlessly before, what changed and what can I do to fix it?
Just purchased a new mac. Purchased Office 2011 w/Outlook for Mac. Followed the automatic hotmail install instructions. Regular email is downloading fine. I can send and receive without a problem.
The problem is that email that is going into the Outlook (online) spam folder is not being downloaded to the Outlook on the Mac. Have any of you guys heard of this problem or seen a solution anywhere?
Thanks for your help...

Hello;
I install Outlook Mac 2011 and got the update from the Office 365 site. After that my Windows Outlook .pst file was imported. That worked and brought in emails and contacts from the old system. However, after a week or two there Outlook mac did not show
any of the imported contacts. The .pst file was imported again but this time all the contacts went missing after just a day.
Why does this happen? Any help is appreciated.
Thanks,
Ken
I am updating from Macbook pro to new Macbook pro and want to export all MSOutlook for Mac 2011 emails to the new computer running same MS Outlook for MAC. When I use export function it takes an age to complete and when I import to new machine I don't
get any emails.
The Log gives the following "Error writing attachment to archive "/Users/XYZABC/Desktop/Outlook for Mac Archive.olm".."
Is there any fix for this or any other way I can back up the emails and transfer them across?
Many thanks
