Hi

Thanks for your assistance!

I have a hotmail account with pop ENABLED + "Don't let devices or apps delete messages from Outlook. If the app or device is set to delete, Outlook will move the messages to a special POP folder instead".

I have installed Outlook 2013, and my pop3 hotmail account is working and correctly configured in Outlook 2013.  I want to download all the emails from the hotmail server to Outlook 2013, so they are in Outlook 2013 on my computer in the relevant folders, I will then delete them manually off the server.  How do I get Outlook 2013 to download all the emails, and folders off the server into Outlook 2013?

I clicked on the Junk Box and then clicked the empty tab Outlook was taking a long time about 15-20 later I decided to click on the Deleted files to empty it, then all of a sudden I realized Outlook was emptying my Inbox mail.  What can I do to get these back as some are job applications, purchase verifications, etc.  Any help would be appreciated.  Thank you in advance.

Hi,

Following up on the issue I reported in http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/winphone/forum/wp8-wpemail/mails-with-attachments-are-not-pushed-to-device/0c9a9291-e933-4253-ad10-791aae78bc07

After further testing I can confirm the issue also includes Outlook 2013.

Reminding:
If I send an email from one of my alias (non Outlook.com address) to myself and if that email has an attachment - it doesn't get pushed to my WP8 device nor to Outlook 2013. The email itself is received in my account (I can access Outlook.com and the email is there, but it doesn't get pushed to the device nor to Outlook 2013 client. Emails sent from the same alias to myself but without attachments get pushed with no problem.

Any help? Thank you.

I use Outlook for most of my emails on my MacBookPro.  I have reached the maximum 128 folders that Outlook evidently permits.  I have a number of folders, both primary and secondary, that I would like to remove completely.  They are no longer needed, and if I can remove them permanently then it opens up space for new folders.  So how do I go about permanently remove old, unnecessary folders?
1. Outlook:mac 2011
2. All latest MS and Apple Upgrades
3. email is through  MSN
4. Mac Mail works perfectly
5. Type a message in Outlook, click send and zip, nada
6. Noting appears in the sent box and message is not sent
7. Have the 'Sending' slider bar at bottom right that shows progress, sometimes, and now is showing 0/7
8. Removed all other, GMail, accounts from Outlook

HELP!!!!  Thanks, I have used Outlook for YEARS on a PC and loved it, it is my go to application, I think this not sending thing has really
just started.

Please would someone from Outlook contact me....

I recently had a mail saying my Outlook.com account was almost full. But as an Outlook Plus customer that was a surprise.

I have since mailed a request for information on this forum - what is my limit under Outlook Plus, how is this compared to Hotmail Plus and what is the current status of my account?

I am now being told that some senders are receiving a message that by account is full. This is now causing me  problem.

Please would someone official make contact

There is no Outlook Plus product mentioned on the list below - why?
