I create company email accounts for anyone who gets hired at the company I work for.  If they forget their password, I can usually go into outlook web app and reset it for them.  The last time I tried to do  this, the reset button was gone.  From my mailbox I usually go to Options-See All Options-Manage My Organization.  Then I pick a user from the list and click the reset password button at the top of the page.  All the other buttons are at the top of the page, but reset password is gone.  Can anyone help?  Thanks so much!
Hi there,

At the university I have just graduated from, we used Outlook to access the university email system (through outlook web app). I have now joined a new university who also do this, but whenever i try to log in to the new university email account, I automatically get directed to the login page for the old university account. I have tried the basics- restarting the browser, deleting all cookies etc. but I still cannot access the new email system. Does anyone have any ideas?

I don't know if it has anything to do with it, but the URL address for the old uni email has CookieAuth.dll in it, I can access other email systems through outlook just fine that do not have the CookieAuth.dll part.

Thanks for your help!

My colleague has Outlook on her computer and has since given me permission (editor permissions) to her inbox and one of her folders within her inbox. I am able to see her inbox in my Outlook web app but I can't see the folder she also gave me access and delegate access to. Please help me resolve this so that I can view and edit emails in this folder. Thanks.

What happened with ActiveX control ?  Worked fine yesterday, not today!!!!  I need access to my email ASAP this is how I get notices and important emails from my school.
I haven't been able to log in to my email because I keep getting this "The ActiveX control needs to be enabled in Internet Explorer for Outlook Web App to work correctly. Click here to sign out, enable the ActiveX control, and then sign in to Outlook Web App." So I go into Internet Explorer tools and notice it is turned on. It worked fine yesterday, but  not today.
Hi. We're using Office 365 and using the Outlook Web App. We have two users in our org that use Macs and neither of them can copy from Word (or any program other than the Outlook Web App itself) and then paste into an email in the Outlook Web App. We've tried this on multiple machines with different browsers. Does anyone else have this problem and how might we solve this? Thanks.
When using Outlook Web app 2010 I am unable to drag my mail from my inbox to folders. When I choose the check mark several emails drag (as if I was holding the shift key) and although they move, they cannot be dragged into a folder. In the past, I was able to choose an email, drag and drop it into a folder.  This only became an issue after I downloaded Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2013.  I have not installed Outlook, but choose to access my email through webmail. Any suggestions?
I am a law student and my school uses the Outlook Web App for our email services. I am unable to scroll upward using two fingers on the trackpad of my macbook air in my inbox list of messages. I am using Google Chrome. This is not only a nuisance, but a semi-serious problem, as if I reach the bottom I can not scroll to show the scrollbar and drag it upward which is my only makeshift solution, and must refresh. How can I resolve this?

Thank you for all answers!
